What can I see on the mobile
version?
You can view current and historical payslips as well as specific details of individual
payslips. To view details of a payslip, tap the headers to expand the page.
What is not shown that
I must view on the desktop site?
There is no PPS Number (for security), nor Information Search, Payslip Query or
Save / Print links. You also cannot access your User Settings page. To capitalise
on space and readability, the following are not shown on the payslips:
• Employer Deductions
• Outstanding Balances, e.g. travel /
Bike Schemes
• YTDs for period pay and deductions
• Any personal messages, if applicable
You must use the Desktop
Site to view these.
Is any of my data downloaded
to my mobile device?
No. This is just a mobile version of the main desktop site with the same security
protocols. You are viewing the data on the internet as opposed to inside an app
that resides on your device. It also has a session timeout built in. We do recommend
however that you never “save” or “remember” your password
if your browser asks you. As with any site that requires a login, you are responsible
for keeping your PPS Number, Password & Secret Answers safe, as well as have necessary
controls to protect your device. Your use of this site is acceptance of the

answers. I need to reset my account?
You have to login on the
Desktop Site ( non-mobile version) using your PPS number and password
and when prompted for a security answer, click “RESET” on the right-hand
side of that page. You will then need to re-register which requires access to your
primary or
secondary email that we have on file in
your User Settings.
What is the Secondary Email?
As well as your primary email (usually a work email that is tied to your profile),
you can add a secondary email, e.g., Gmail, Hotmail, etc , in your settings page
to send you notifications for forgot passwords, account resets, etc. This is very
useful if your primary email is not accessible, e.g. on your mobile, on maternity
leave or long- term absence for example. Any email entered by you should be double-checked
as Jefferson has no control, nor takes any responsibility for what you enter to
the secondary email field.
Where is my pension message?
The pension message does not appear on the mobile version but will appear on the
desktop site version if a pension applies.
Why is my BIK figure not
included in my Total Pay figure for the period?
BIK payments are “notional”, i.e., they are provided for the purposes
of calculating tax due. They are not actual amounts you receive and are therefore
not included in Total Pay. If you are processed for BIK in the tax year, the total
appears under Notional Pay YTD under the “Other Details” section on
your payslip.
